04th Aug :- Indian star PV Sindhu has reached the final of the World Badminton Championship World number 3 Sindhu managed to make it to the finals for the second consecutive time. At the same time, he confirmed his silver medal in the tournament.

On Saturday, he defeated Japan’s World No. 2 Akane Yamaguchi 21-16, 24-22 in the semi-finals. The match lasted 55 minutes. Simultaneously, in his career, Sindhu won a 7th victory over Yamaguchi. Yamaguchi has played so far four times from Sindhu.

Now Sindhu will have an Olympic champion in the finals and two times former World Champion of Carolina Marin of Spain. In another semifinal, Marin beat China’s Bingijiao 13-21, 21-16, 21-13 in another semifinal.
Sindhu’s career record against world number 8 Marin is equal to 6-6. These competitions include the Rio Olympics-2013 final, where the Spanish player had won. Sindhu has won two bronze and one silver in the world championship earlier.
