05 June :- The Supreme Court has made significant comments Tuesday on the backdrop of the ongoing controversy over the promotion of government-promoted promotions. As long as the final decision of the Constitution is not taken, the court said that there should be reservation for backward class employees as per the law.
Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh said in the Supreme Court, Government has the responsibility of promoting employees. Due to the decisions given by various high courts, these stakes have been halted.
