Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis praised the forest department’s 13 million plantations today. “Our government has taken significant steps for the protection of the environment, in the eyes of the future generations, water, forest, and the challenge of saving the land,” he said. Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev also handed over the plan prepared for the development of the rivers in the state, and the publication of the special edition of “Lokrajya” on July 13, based on the cultivation of information and 13 crore trees of the Directorate of Public Relations, was also celebrated.
The state-level launch of 13 crore plantation program started this morning from Warp village near Kalyan. The Chief Minister inaugurated the mango ropes by Sudhir Mungantiwar and Mrs Mungantiwar. The forest department of Varap, which has an area of about 31 hectares, will be planting 22,000 trees in this place till 31 July.

Forest Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar expressed his views on this campaign. He said that due to the efforts of the last two years Maharashtra has been able to increase forest resources in 273 square km of forest area, 50% increase in mangrove, 4 thousand 465 square km of bamboo area is increasing. Sadguru is ready to plant the trees along the banks of the rivers and it will strengthen the efforts of the river.
You will not only see potholes and trees but you can see the growth of the seedlings of each period through direct video clips. One citizen will be the auditor of this campaign, the minister said.
Speaking on the occasion, Guardian Minister Eknath Shinde said that Sudhir Bhau should be given the number one position in all the forests till date. It will be a great solution for the youngsters to see if their trees grow larger.
Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev mentioned Sudhir Mungantiwar in his speech as Green Warrior. He said that we should see how the environment and the economy will go hand in hand with a balanced hand.
