New Delhi: 14 June :- The Supreme Court has refused to ban the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) chief examination on 18th June. The Supreme Court has also canceled the re-assessment of the replies to the Allahabad High Court on Thursday. Let the high court order a re-evaluation of candidates’ answer papers on the basis of the correct answer to the questions.
The bench of Justice Uday Umesh Lalit and Justice Deepak Gupta has refused to ban the UPPSC examination. The initial examination took place in 2017 and the main examination will be held on 18th June.
Earlier, the main examination of UPPSC was to be held on 18th May, but due to the order of the High Court re-evaluation of the papers, the new date for examination was fixed June 18.
