27 June :- A report issued by the United Nations on Jammu and Kashmir has been described by Army Chief Bipin Rawat as baseless. Army Chief Bipin Rawat said on Wednesday that we do not have to pay attention to this report, some reports are motivated. Rawat said that the army is doing great work in the valley. Apart from this, he said that the terrorists who are plotting to attack the nowadays are using much of the technology.
Let us tell you that the United Nations recently released a report about human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir. In which army was questioned, this report was strongly opposed by all the political parties, including the Indian government.

Emphasizing the need for immediate solution to the issue of human rights violation in Kashmir, the report said, “Any proposal for political resolution in Kashmir should include that there should be a cycle of violence closed and accountability for human rights violations To be decided. ‘
This report also discussed the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen militant Burhan Wani by the Indian security forces, which had a protest in the valley. It has been said in the report that cases of human rights violations such as kidnapping, murder and sexual violence are continuing in Kashmir.
The Indian government rejected the UN report on Kashmir as “deceptive, partisan and motivated”. Expressing strong reaction on the matter, the External Affairs Ministry said that the report is completely inspired by bias and is trying to present a false picture. The Ministry said in its statement that it is a violation of the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
