The loha city was closed in protest of the atrocities and murder of Kadua, Unnao, Surat. In addition to this, the demand for death penalty for the accused in the incident took place at 2 pm, citizens took a mute march on the Tehsil office. In the morning, the traders protested against the events of Kathua, Unnao and Surat by keeping the markets closed.
A silent march was taken by the all Muslim brothers from the Jama Masjid to the Tehsil office in Old loha City, at around 2 pm, demanding death penalty for the accused.
It has been said in the statement given to the Tehsildars in this march that a case has been registered against the accused, who were convicted and sentenced to death in fast track courts and demanded death penalty for the accused. Large crowds of people had spontaneously participated in this march.
