05th Aug :- Aam Aadmi Party leader and Akaliya social activist Mukim Ahmed and Shafi Kadri of Shakurdeshwar in Buldhana district were killed. The body of both the dead was buried in a pit in Pathardi Ghat area of Buldhana district. In this case, seven persons were arrested by the police. The exact reasons for the murder are still not there.
Mokim Ahmed of Akola and Sheikh Shafi Sheikh Kadri from Sachkheda had disappeared from the 30th of July. They both went to the house at Tasbur Qadri’s house in Azad Colony. A case has been registered in this case that the Khana police station has gone missing. On August 2, a complaint was filed with the old city police station against the kidnapping of Shahnaz Mukim Ahmed. Investigation started under the guidance of Sub-Divisional Police Officer Umesh Mane. The police took Tasbur Qadri, suspected accused, and thoroughly inquired about it. During the investigation, he confessed murder. On the day of meal, both of them were buried in the throat and informed that the body was buried in a pit in Pathardi village.
On Saturday, the bodies of both the bodies were found and the medical officers of Akola were called at the spot due to the dead bodies. Police in this case Mohammad Tasbubur Qadri, Jabbarkhya Sekhkhakh, Syed Aslam Sa Hussein, Sheikh Mukhtar Shaikh Nur, Shabbir Shah Anwar Shah, Sandeep Atmaram Datar and Sheikh Imran Sheikh Qadir were also detained. Police have also seized two of the three vehicles used for the crime. Three teams have been sent to various places to investigate the main accused Kausar, Sheikh Chand and other accused, Superintendent of Police M Rakesh Kalsagar said.
