29 June :- The United States is formally eliminating its military presence in South Korea’s capital Seoul, seven decades later. The US Army is inaugurating its new headquarters in South Seoul on Friday. Even though this historic step of America is being seen as increasingly close to North Korea, its cause is another reason.

In fact, the headquarters of the US Army was held in Seoul’s main real estate area. There was long dissatisfaction with South Korean people regarding this military presence of America. The discussion was going on between the US and Seoul for decades. So America has built its new military headquarters in Camp Hammerf, 70 kilometers away from the capital Seoul. This military headquarters in America is also far from the tension zone of the Korean Peninsula.

After the Second World War, the US Army headquarters was built in Seoul to teach Japan a lesson. Let us tell you that the US Army has been present in South Korea’s capital Seoul since 1945. The presence of the US military in Seoul has been seen as a solution to North Korea’s attacking attitude.

In South Korea, there are 28,500 US troops deployed. On Thursday, US Defense Minister Matisse met South Korea’s Minister Song Yang-Mu. During a meeting between leaders, Matisse said that in the American commitment to South Korea There will be no shortage.
