At that time, the court said that there is no crime in relation to the consent of adults. The court said that Section 377 is valid or not. But, the final decision about this has not been taken yet. The Center has said that the Supreme Court should take the right decision.
Homosexuality is hearing a hearing from the court on Tuesday in connection with section 377 IPC. In this case, the court heard the plea of petitioner Arvind Datar on Tuesday. The court later made some suggestions. Additional Solicitor General Tushar Mehta has submitted the stand of the government. At that time, the Supreme Court should take the right decision, “Mehta said. However, if more time is given for the hearing, then the government will submit a study report, Mehta said. Meanwhile, a plea has been filed in the Supreme Court demanding that the 377 section of the IPC section of homosexuality be an offense. While appearing in court in this case, petitioner’s lawyer Arvind Datar said homosexuality is not a crime. If this law is enacted then it is constitutionally wrong, “said Datar.
