11 July : Mumbai :- In Mumbai, there is light rains since Wednesday morning, but there is a lot of water in the lower areas, which is causing people a lot of trouble. It’s hard to get out of the houses The office-bearers are facing difficulties. Even today, heavy rain is expected. The Meteorological Department has issued heavy rain warning in Mumbai in the next 48 hours. Chief Minister Fadnavis has urged everyone to stay inside the houses.

With the continuous heavy rains, Mumbai has become disturbed. NDRF team has rescued the boat with people stranded in Nalasopara, adjacent to Mumbai. With continuous rain, the water is flooded on the railway track in place, hence the movement of trains is stalled. Long distance eight trains have been canceled today. Several trains have been diverted to the root. Locals in Nalasopara and Vasai are also stalled. Two people have died in a road accident near Choroti bridge on the highway in Palghar district, adjacent to Mumbai. There are 4 people injured in the accident. A high speed car today fell down from the bridge. People in the car were coming to Nalasopara from Vapi.

In addition to Mumbai, many areas of Gujarat are experiencing tremendous rains. There is so much rains in Junagadh in Gujarat that many places like waterfalls are being seen. At the same time, a bridge was eroded after heavy rains in Raisen in Madhya Pradesh. This has stopped the movement between Raisen and Sanchi. Two alternative paths are being used to go to Vidisha, whereas for Sanchi, people are going to have to go to Vidisha.
