For the participation of the people in tree plantation activities, 0.95 lakhs of registered members have registered for 1.17 lakh members in the district. Divisional Forest Officer Keshav Vabale appealed to all the citizens of the district to plant at least one tree and participate in this tree plantation program.
In the year 2018-19, the Government has given a target of 29.47 lakh trees for this year under 13 million trees. Out of this, forest department 9 lakh, social forestry department 6 lakh, rural panchayat 6.14 lakh, rural development department 5 74 lakhs and 2.59 lakhs of other trees will be planted between 1 July and 31 July. For the cultivation of this tree, a total of 98.40 lakh seedlings have been produced in the forest department and the Social Forestry Department under which 77 plants are manufactured.

For this, plantation of tree plantation has been undertaken by the Central and State Governments. Accordingly, in 2016, for the Hingoli District, the Government has given a target of 5,29,508 trees. According to that, more than 5,33,261 trees were planted in the district of Hingoli district. By the end of 2018, 3,92,232 (73.57 percent) of these trees are alive. In addition, in the year 2017, under 4 crore trees plantation, the target was 7, 66, 850 for the district. According to this, 10 lakh 64 thousand 9 31 trees were planted in Hingoli district. Of these, 8,90,927 (85.03 percent) of trees are alive till 2018.
