09 July :- In the case of the Nirbhaya gangrape, the Supreme Court will decide on Monday the verdict on the reintegration of three of four convicts today. Let us say that Akshay Kumar Singh (31), one of the four convicts in the Nirbhaya case, has not filed a reconsideration petition against the May 5, 2017 verdict of the Supreme Court. Akshay Kumar Singh’s lawyer AP Singh said that Akshay has not filed a reconsideration petition till date, we will file it.
The bench of Chief Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice R Bhanumati and Justice Ashok Bhushan Mukesh (29), Pawan Gupta (22) and Vinay Sharma will hear his verdict on Monday.
In the 2017 verdict in the 2017 verdict, the Delhi High Court and the lower court upheld the death sentence awarded to 23-year-old Paramedic student in the case of gangrape and murder on December 16, 2012.
