NASA’s mission Surya Namaskar has started, through which NASA has taken the risk of going near the Sun. On Sunday at 3:31 p.m., NASA’s Parker Solar probe Spacecraft has been launched. After launch from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, this spacecraft has traveled on the sun.
It will go to the nearest of the Sun and collect data to open its rule. This mission will help in predicting the effects of solar wind on Earth. NASA has named this mission as Touch the Sun, because it is the first mission that will be closest to the Sun.

The speed of this spacecraft is seven lakh 16 thousand kilometers per hour. It will complete 1496 million kilometers between the Sun and Earth in four months. When NASA’s Spacecraft approaches the Sun near the Sun in the month of November, then its distance from the Sun’s surface is about 62 million kilometers.
NASA scientists Nikola Fox said about this mission, “We are reaching very close to the Sun, as did Karen Fox, who said we had reached there, from where the Sun’s surface was only 3.84 miles away. . But now we will use the gravitational force of seven Venus and gradually reach closer to the surface of the Sun i.e. we will increase seven major steps before reaching the Sun in our class.
They said, ‘We are not going empty-handed here. We are taking a copy of the equipment with us. These tools will be helpful in the measurements we have been imagining so far. The car-shaped Solar Parker Probable Spacecraft will be so close to the Sun, where no spacecraft is reached till date, but nothing will deteriorate even after reaching this close to the Sun.
When this spacecraft will be closest to the sun, then the temperature of the atmosphere will be 1400 degree Celsius. To protect the spacecraft from the temperature, about 12 centimeters thick heat shield has been installed, which will protect it from the sun’s rays. It is equipped with thermal protection system, which will prevent it from being destroyed by the effects of solar radiation.
The thermal protection system found in Solar Parker probe spectroscopy can tolerate radiation of 500 times more radiation than the Sun’s radiation. A water cooling system has also been installed in the Solar Parker probe spacecraft, which will prevent its solar panels from being destroyed by the sun’s energy. Scientists say that despite reaching the nearest sun, the temperature of the spacecraft will remain at 29 degrees Celsius.
