28 June : Mumbai :- Five people lost their life in a chartered plane crashed near Sarvodaya Hospital in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. This chartered plane was flying to Juhu Airport for testing, then it crashed. Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh government said that the plane was not owned by Mumbai and neither was it operating. According to officials, the plane which has been a victim of the accident was 20 years old. The Uttar Pradesh government sold it to a private company in 2014

Official spokesman said that the aircraft was not of the Uttar Pradesh government. The aircraft was sold to private company Yew Aviation in the year 2014. He told that the UP government had this aircraft till 2014. When news came to the media that the aircraft of the Uttar Pradesh government has crashed in Ghatkopar in Mumbai, the spokesperson gave this explanation.

A supremo said that the UP government had sold this aircraft after an accident. In an interview to the news agency ANI, Principal Secretary Avinish Awasthi said that after the accident in Allahabad, the plane was sold by the government.
