10 June :- The Prime Minister Narendra Modi government has decided to make big changes in the bureaucracy, in which the talent of the public and private sector will also be given importance. In fact, the government has invited applications for the post of 10 joint secretaries through the Lateral Entry and invited applications. After this decision of the government, the qualified candidates can now become senior officers in the government without passing the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.

Who can apply?

According to the Times of India report, according to the notification issued by the government, those people can apply for these posts, whose age has been 40 years from 1st July and the candidate should be graduate from any recognized university Is necessary. The candidate must also have 15 years of work experience in a private company other than a public, public sector unit, university.

How long will the appointment be?

The candidates who will be selected for these posts will be appointed for up to three years and the government can increase the contract by five years. Please tell that professional candidates can apply for these positions only.

How much will it be?

The Modi government will pay salaries of 1.44 lakh to 2.18 rupees per month for candidates to be selected on these posts and many allowances and facilities will also be given to the candidates by the government.

Which departments will be appointed in

The posts which the government has invited for application are to be held in 10 ministries. These include Financial Services, Economic Affairs, Agriculture, Road Transport, Shipping, Environment and Forest, Civil Aviation and Commerce Sector.

Explain that the government will now make necessary changes to the service rules for this. In the PMO, the Minister of State, Jitendra Singh said in a notification related to the Latterral Entry of 10 posts as Joint Secretary, 10 posts that it will get an opportunity to choose the best from the available sources. Significantly, the post of Joint Secretary in any ministry or department is very important and they have an important contribution in finalizing and implementing all major policies.

How will selection –

Candidates will be interviewed for their selection and the committee headed by the Cabinet Secretary will interview them.
