09 June :- Seven MPs have been selected for the Ninth Parliamentary Award by Prime Point Foundation and IIT Chennai, out of which five are from Maharashtra. All these MPs will be honored with the award. This award ceremony will be held in Chennai.
The five MPs of Maharashtra are included in the list of NCP’s Supriya Sule, Dhananjay Mahadik, Congress Rajiv Satav, Shivsena’s Shrirang Baran, and BJP’s Hina Gavit. This choice is made on the basis of the attendance of the MPs, the participation in the discussion, the question number, the private bills.
Supriya Sule has participated in 74 discussions and presented 16 private bills. He also presented 9 83 questions. Their presence is 98 percent of the total. Besides, Shrirang Baran attended 102 discussions, while 16 private bills were presented. He presented 932 questions. His total attendance is 94 percent.
Rajiv Satav participated in 97 discussions and presented 15 private bills. He presented a total of 919 questions. Their total attendance is 81 percent. Dhananjay Mahadik participated in 40 discussions and presented a private bill. He presented a total of 9 70 questions. It also has a 74 percent attendance. Hina Gavit participated in 151 discussions and presented 21 private bills. He made 461 questions and attended 82 percent attendance.
