16 July :- There is no shortage of terror activities in Jammu and Kashmir. On Monday morning, a terrorist was killed in an encounter between army and terrorists in Kupwara near the Line of Control, while two jawans were injured. A 47 rifle has also been recovered from the spot.

Earlier, on July 11, in the Kandi forest area of Kupwara district of North Kashmir, a terrorist, Mukul Mina was shot dead in an encounter, and he was seriously injured. They were safely taken out and taken to a military hospital in Durgamulla where doctors declared them dead.
Similarly, on July 13, there was a terrorist attack on CRPF petroling party in Anantnag of Jammu and Kashmir. At the Achal Chowk here, the intravenous people shot the CRPF jawans for about 10 minutes and ran away after that. Two jawans injured in the firing were martyred during the treatment while two of them were admitted to the hospital.
