Justice Indira Banerjee, Vineet Saran and K. M. Joseph was sworn in on Tuesday by a Supreme Court Judge. He was sworn in as a service-oriented government center. In the swearing-in ceremony, the Registrar General read out the President’s letter regarding the appointment of these three judges.
Justice The swearing-in ceremony took place after a series of conflicts in the Central Government and the Supreme Court judges in the aftermath of the marketing of Joseph. The government has just taken the decision. Joseph’s service was decided to reduce seniority. The Supreme Court judges had appealed to the Chief Justice to meet Chief Minister Deepak Mishra.

In the meantime, senior legislator Kapil Sibal has said that the gunman has hit the central government. If the judges did not give a decision in favor of the government, then that would be such a situation. Sibal said such a message was given by the government through its arbitrary operation. Therefore, this day will be recorded as ‘black day’ in the judicial history of India. He said that the government is proud of it.
