India beat England by 8 wickets, Rohit and Kuldeep made hero

13 July :-  The England cricket team went down on Thursday in front of the Indian Tigers of Kuldeep Yadav (10-25-6), Rohit Sharma (137 not out) and captain Virat Kohli (75) in his home. This Tigers forced England to lose by eight wickets in the first one-day match played at the Trent Bridge ground. With this, India has taken a 1-0 lead in the three ODIs.

Shikhar Dhawan scored superb 40 runs

After being caught in Kuldeep’s spin, England lost all wickets in 49.5 overs and scored a respectable score of 268 runs. India got the target of 167 runs for the second wicket between Rohit and Kohli and lost the target by 40 wickets in 40.1 overs. This partnership between Kohli and Rohit came when India lost the wicket of Shikhar Dhawan (40) at the score of 59 on the last ball of the eighth over. Rohit scored an unbeaten 137 not out

Rashid stole Kohli at 226 for the last ball of the 33rd over and stamped his hands to Jos Buttler to give India a second blow. Although the captain here decided to win India’s victory in conjunction with the vice-captain. Kohli hit 82 fours in his innings and hit seven fours. Rohit then added 43 runs for the third wicket with Lokesh Rahul to help India win. Rohit played 114 balls in his unbeaten innings and hit 15 fours and four sixes. Rahul scored an unbeaten 9 off 18 balls.

Kuldeep took 6 wickets

Earlier, Chinnamand Kuldeep, the best performer, kept England out of a big score. The English team, however, managed to score a respectable score on the strength of Jos Buttler (53), Ben Stokes (50) and finally Moin Ali (24) and Adil Rashid (22). Jason Roy and Johnny Biersto gave a good start to the hosts and gave 73 runs on the score board for the first wicket. Both scored 38-38 runs. It seemed that England would reach a good score but Kuldeep gave Jason the first breakthrough to India.

Kuldeep gave the team first success

From here, Kuldeep once again weakened the middle order of England. He made Joe Root (3) on his next victim’s total score of 81. After one run, Beyersto also got trapped in Kuldeep’s spin. Now there was a stroll. He got England captain Eoin Morgan (19) out of the hands of Suresh Raina to score four for 105 in the home team’s score. Stokes and Butler handled the team here. Both of them chipped Kuldeep and Chahal without any hesitation and played a 93-run partnership for the fifth wicket. But once again, Kuldeep succeeded to make India a success.
This time the target became butler. Kuldeep’s ball went out of leg stump and took the edge of Butler’s bat to Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s gloves. Butler faced 51 balls and delivered five balls across the border. Meanwhile, Stokes had completed his half-century but after that he could not add to his account. He played a reverse sweep on Kuldeep’s ball, but Sridhath Kaul ended the innings with a brilliant catch to the stove. Stokes played 103 balls and scored just two boundaries.

Umesh took two wickets, Chahal got a breakthrough

Kuldeep dismissed David Vley (1) on a total of 216 and completed his six wickets. England’s hopes were from Moin, who proved their team to some extent right. Although he tried to play big shot on Umesh Yadav’s ball, Virat Kohli was caught in the hands of him. Rashid also caught Umesh in the same way by the hearty Pandya. Apart from Kuldeep, Umesh took two wickets while Chahal got a breakthrough. Fast bowler Siddharth, playing his first ODI match, proved to be quite expensive. They were unable to take wickets even after giving 62 runs in 10 overs.
