ANI news agency reported this news. The Mahapooja of Ashadhi was held in the hands of Chief Minister for many years. This time, the protesters had warned the chief minister not to do pooja for the Maratha reservation. The Chief Minister did not go after the intelligence report and the Water Resources Minister Girish Mahajan discussed the protesters in Pandharpur.
About 1.5 lakh devotees are coming to Pandharpur on the occasion of Ashadhi Ekad. The Chief Minister wants to prevent them from doing any kind of trouble. There is a lot of emotion in the Maratha community right now. According to Girish Mahajan, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has decided not to go to Mahapuza to avoid any untoward incident tomorrow. Later, the Chief Minister had himself announced his decision after communicating with the media himself.
He said, it is a tradition that the chief minister of the government of Ashadi Ekadashi should do. However, this year, some organizations have taken the role that I should not go for worship. However, their role is wrong. It is not appropriate to demand such demands by holding the Warkaris. I can not prevent anyone from worshiping Vitthal. However, I have decided not to go because of the life expectancy of 10 lakh people. Police are getting information that some people are going to enter the Warakaris on the day of Ashadi and make a stamp duty.
