Delhi Daredevils beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 9 wickets in the first round, but their defeat in this match has ended the challenge of Delhi. Rishabh Pant’s unbeaten century helped Delhi score 187 runs, but his century proved unsuccessful in the series. It was believed that the 188 runs would not have been for Hyderabad’s team.

But openers Shikhar Dhawan and skipper Shikhar Dhawan gave away the unbeaten partnership of 176 runs for the second wicket easily. Dhawan scored 9 fours and four sixes in an unbeaten 92-run opening stand for 50 balls. Williamson hit an unbeaten 83 off 53 balls with eight fours and two sixes, and he got a fine combination of Dhawan.

In this match at the Ferozshah Kotla stadium, it was a rainfed rain. After batting first, Delhi were 187 for five in their 20 overs and Hyderabad scored 191 runs in 18.5 overs for just one batsman. After pursuing the big challenge, Alex Hales (14) returned cheaply to Dhawan – Williamson, who survived till the end, cried to Delhi. Dhawan hit an unbeaten 92 in 50 balls with 9 fours and 4 sixes. Earlier, after batting first, the main batsman Sapsaheel failed, young Rishabh took away all the formulas and washed clean the Hyderabad bowling attack. He scored 128 not out off 63 balls with 15 fours and 7 sixes. Specially, the 20-year-old Rishabh was the second youngest batsman to score a century in the history of history. Earlier in 2009, Manish Pandey, at the age of 19, Centuries were scored.

After returning to the game with Prithvi Shaw (9), Jason Roy (11) and Shreyas Iyer (3), Delhi were once at 43 for three in the 8th over. It was also difficult to get 150 runs in Delhi.
