Bomb blasts in Pakistan, 22 deaths

25th July : ISLAMABAD – A bomb blast has happened outside Pakistan’s polling booth. In this 22 people have died. (Detailed report soon)

 

Voting is going on for national and provincial assemblies in Pakistan today. Violence is being reported from different areas of violence. Meanwhile, there has been a bomb blast in Quetta of Balochistan, which has so far reported 22 deaths.

According to the Pakistani media, these blasts have come close to the eastern bypass in Quetta. So far, 22 people have died in Quetta Blast, while about 30 people are reported to be wounded. This blast happened around 11 am in the morning under the National Assembly 260.

This blast happened near a police van, which was routinely patrolling the area. Three policemen were also involved in the death. While the news of the death of two children is also reported.

Those injured in the blast have been admitted to the hospital. DIG Abdul Razzak Cheema of the area said that the injured are being taken for treatment at this time.
