Big action in Muzaffarpur rap case, 6 officials suspended

05th Aug :- After the report of the Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) on Muzaffarpur Kand, Governor Satyapal Malik has suspended the assistant director of Child Welfare Conservation Authority. Apart from Muzaffarpur, the assistant directors of Araria, Madhubani, Bhojpur, Bhagalpur and Munger have also been suspended.

All Assistant Directors have alleged that they did not take any action against the people of Balik Home despite the TISS report. The names of the suspended directors are: Devesh Kumar Sharma, Ghanshyam Ravidas, Kumar Satyakam, Alok Ranjan, Geetanjali Prasad, Bkakumari.

Let me tell you that Bihar’s Nitish government has completely woken up in the rap case with 34 girls in Muzaffarpur. The opposition is demanding the resignation of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for this matter. On Saturday, the whole opposition of Jantar Mantar was united on Delhi. In the demonstration of former deputy chief minister and RJD leader Tasvish Yadav, from Congress president Rahul Gandhi to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, he raised his voice on the matter.

During the demonstration on Jantar-Mantar, Tashavi Yadav said that the incident of Mujaffurpura is blood. He said that today we have come to Delhi that our uncle (Nitish Kumar) does not go into the inner spirit. Stasi Yadav said that the girl who knew much about the poor, she was shifted to the second shelter home first. Taking a dig at the Nitish government, Rashid said that there is no Jangaraj in Bihar but the monster rule is going on in Bihar today. He said that the investigation of the case should be under the supervision of the Supreme Court.

Cancellation of license of accused of Brijesh Thakur

The government has canceled the arms licenses of NGO Service Resolutions and Development Committee, Brajesh Thakur. Simultaneously, Muzaffarpur District Magistrate Mohammed Sohail has ordered to deposit all weapons issued to Brajesh Thakur within 48 hours.

According to the information, a license of a pistol and a rifle has been issued to Brajesh Thakur, but after the order of the District Magistrate, he has to deposit his two weapons back to the government within 2 days.

It is worth mentioning that in the Balika house of Muzaffarpur, in the case of rape with 34 girls, Brajesh Thakur is the main accused. FIR against Brigesh was filed on May 31 and was arrested and sent to jail.

9 arrested including Brijesh

Brijesh Thakur was arrested along with his nine other colleagues after the rape case was reported to 34 girls in Balika Vihar, operated in Muzaffarpur. Now he is locked in jail. Police has sealed the girl’s house in full secrecy.

30 Institute Black List

The state government has blacklisted 30 institutions run by Brajesh Thakur and has also banned all types of funds given to these institutions.

Nitish Kumar broke his silence

On this matter, Nitish Kumar broke his silence on Friday saying that he is ashamed of the incident, the CBI is investigating the matter. Nitish wants to monitor the high court examining CBI probe. He clarified that no guilty will be spared in this case.
