According to sources, in this meeting, discussion on NRC, Rafale scam and other issues in Assam will be formed to form an alliance against BJP in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. The party’s top sources had said yesterday that the only goal before the elections is to defeat the BJP by taking the opposition parties and after the election about the post of Prime Minister, the decision will be decided.
The Congress does not seem to favor the NRC issue very much and it is just saying that there are procedural flaws in it. Sources say that the Congress party’s strategists are trying to ensure that no such opportunity is given on this issue, that the BJP can attack Congress and strengthen polarization. The Congress wants to remain an attack on the issue of Raphael. In this regard, Congress President Rahul Gandhi and the party government are constantly attacking.
Recently, during the debate on the non-confidence motion brought against the Modi government by TDP, Rahul Gandhi was surrounded by the Modi government on the Rafael issue. During this, he had a direct attack on PM Modi and Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
