17 July :- The Supreme Court has also upheld the Central Government on these incidents, while the incident of murder of innocent people by the mob of suspected gangs or gangs smuggling of children across the country. The Supreme Court has directed the government to issue a new law to prevent killing of people by the crowd while expressing that citizens can not afford it.
A petition was filed in the Supreme Court about the killings of the mob through the suspicion of cattle smuggling. The petition was heard on Tuesday. A three-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice of India Deepak Mishra, The court said that the state government should take measures to prevent the incident of mass killings in the future. The court also said that the Center and the state government should submit a detailed report on the steps taken to prevent the incident.
The government can not allow violence The court has also directed that a new law should be passed by Parliament to prevent the killings from the crowd.
