New Delhi-04 June :- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 8, 2016 decided to release his notes from 500 rupees and 1000 rupees. This decision has caused many confusion. But the decision of the nail-biting decision has hit major bogus companies. The government has said that Rs 24,000 crore has been deposited in the bank account of 73 thousand canceled companies across the country after the annunment.
About 2.26 lakh companies were avoided in the action taken by the intention of seizing black money and unaccounted assets after the anniversary. Most of these companies had no transactions during the same period. Therefore, these companies suspected blackmailing of black money. The Central Finance Ministry has released the numbers of these bogus companies.
1.68 lakh companies of 2.26 lakh companies have received information about a large amount of deposits after the anniversary. The government is still trying to get the information of these companies to various banks. Of these, 68 companies are in deep scrutiny. According to the documents, the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (FSIO) is conducting a thorough investigation of 19 companies. 49 companies are under the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
