At least 10 people died in a shootout of a gunman student at a school in Texas in the US on Friday. Most of the deaths are schoolchildren.
This incident took place in Santa Fe High School, about 50 kilometers away from Houston An unknown law enforcement officer was also shot, but his injuries were not serious.
According to the Houston Chronicle, federal and county law enforcement officials have confirmed that at least ten people were killed in the shootout.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said that most of the dead in the dead are students. He said that both of the students detained were from the school. Among them is also a student who is probably a gunman.
Gonzalez said that the investigation is going on in the school and there is no information of other explosive materials from the spot. Many other students were injured in the shootout.
This is the third incident of firing in school in the last seven days and 22nd this year. President Donald Trump has expressed concern over the incident.
